Chaely Anderson

Bio

Chaely Anderson is the operational backbone of Empower U and Move U, working across all locations to make sure every interaction, every process, and every experience runs as smoothly as possible. A graduate of Southwest Baptist University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training before going on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Chaely brings a healthcare-rooted foundation to a role that’s equal parts relationship-building and systems thinking.

Chaely is passionate about two things: people and process. She believes every interaction matters, whether it’s a client’s first phone call or a behind-the-scenes workflow that makes the team’s day run better. Her goal is to create an environment that feels welcoming and organized for everyone who walks through the door, while ensuring the team has everything they need to provide exceptional care.

A Sioux Falls native, Chaely spent about eight years in the Kansas City area before returning home in 2020 to be closer to family. Outside of work she’s happiest spending quality time with the people she loves, whether that’s traveling, exploring new places, or simply making memories together.
