Pediatric Occupational or Physical Therapist:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical/Occupational Therapist to provide quality care and therapy to children and adolescents. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring that therapy is delivered in a safe and comfortable environment. We are a knowledge-based company committed to learning everything we can for our clients and sharing our knowledge to better the Sioux Falls community. Qualifications include:
- A degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
- Certification in Pediatric Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy is preferred
- Experience working with children and adolescents with physical disabilities, injuries or illnesses is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and stay current on best practices in Pediatric Physical/Occupational Therapy

Client Experience Specialist:
As a temporary part-time client experience specialist, your primary responsibility is to greet and assist clients who come to Empower U and Move U. Your job is to provide excellent customer service and ensure that clients feel welcome and comfortable. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, collecting client documentation and payments, maintaining the facility’s cleanliness, assisting the team and providing administrative support. This role will provide support to 2 different locations.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong attention to detail. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask effectively. This role will average 10 hours per week and increase as experience is gained. For now, this position will be a 10-week temporary role with the possibility to turn into a permanent position.
