Experienced Care That Empowers Kids to Thrive
Our Expertise
At Move U, we believe every child is bursting with potential—and we’re here to help unlock it. Through playful, connection-based therapy, our team of pediatric experts empower kids and families to thrive in everyday life.
We offer Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy in Sioux Falls—all rooted in a sensory-based, DIRFloortime® approach. That means sessions are never one-size-fits-all. They’re child-led, joy-filled, and uniquely designed to support your child’s development across motor skills, communication, emotional regulation, and sensory processing.
Whether it’s your first session or your fifteenth, you’ll see the difference. You’ll learn more about your child. You’ll feel more connected. And you’ll leave knowing you have a team in your corner who truly cares.
So if you’re looking for pediatric therapy in Sioux Falls, our licensed occupational, speech, and physical therapists can help children build the strength, coordination, communication, and regulation skills they need to thrive in everyday life. Whether it’s taking first steps, saying first words, or mastering daily tasks, our sessions are playful, engaging, and tailored to each child’s unique pace and needs—so therapy feels more like fun than work.

Our Unique Approach
What Makes Move U Different
Every child is unique — and so is our approach. At Move U, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, we meet each child where they are, nurturing their growth through meaningful connection and joyful experiences.
Individualized, Expert-Led Care
Our therapists deliver care that’s completely tailored to your child’s unique developmental journey — because no two children are the same.
Relationships First
Building strong, trusting relationships with each child and their family is at the heart of everything we do. It’s the foundation for real, lasting progress.
Child-Led & Family-Centered
We follow your child’s lead, creating fun, sensory-rich interactions that invite engagement and progress. And we equip the entire family with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to thrive together.
Success Stories
Testimonials
We started with a little boy who was just so frustrated that he didn't understand his emotions and body movements, and now we have a boy who is ABLE to express himself, talk through his emotions, regulate his body better, and says often, "Mrs Kristin showed me how to..."

Paige worked with our 1-year-old daughter, who went from not wanting to stand at all to confidently walking. We saw noticeable progress every single week. Paige not only helped our daughter gain strength and confidence, but she also taught us how to support her at home, which made such a big difference.
Brianna
Carrie is great at helping with feeding and getting kids to better understand their mouth and what they are doing with their food. Mine is 6 months old and starting solids and squeezies! I highly recommended even if they are not behind and just need a little help on figuring out their tongue and new food motions!

Our Treatment Space
A place where play meets purpose.
At Move U, we’ve created a vibrant, sensory-rich space designed to spark curiosity, excitement, and growth. From the moment your child walks in, they’re greeted with bold colors, joyful energy, and engaging activities that feel more like play than therapy.
We intentionally moved away from the traditional “clinic” feel to create an environment where kids feel safe, supported, and ready to explore. Our space helps break down barriers and opens the door for connection, learning, and development.
This is a space your child won’t outgrow—designed to meet them where they are and grow with them. Every corner is built with purpose, and our therapists are equipped with the tools and creativity to make every moment count.
