Paige Liggett
Bio
Paige Liggett is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a year of clinical experience and a specialty focus that sits at the intersection of her two greatest passions: kids and movement. A graduate of South Dakota State University and the University of South Dakota, she holds DIRFloortime 201 training, a pediatric pelvic rehabilitation certification through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, and completed the 2023-2024 Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) fellowship as a trainee.
Paige’s clinical focus spans a wide range of pediatric needs, with particular expertise in infant gross motor development for babies 0-18 months, bowel and bladder disorders, strength and coordination development, balance, and post-injury return to play. Her sessions run on energy and playfulness, and she believes helping kids build confidence and skill through movement is one of the most rewarding things a person can do for a living.
A born-and-raised Sioux Falls local, Paige loves being close to her family and fills her time outside the clinic with sunshine, long walks and hikes, workouts, DIY projects, and thrifting. She and her husband also share their home with two cats named General Custer and Calamity Jane.
