Kylee Withrow

Bio

Kylee Withrow is a Doctor of Occupational Therapy with two years of clinical experience and a genuine passion for the incredible capacity children have to grow, learn, and surprise everyone around them. A graduate of South Dakota State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, and the University of South Dakota, where she completed her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy, Kylee holds certifications as a STAR ProCert Level 1 Provider and a Certified Proficient DIRFloortime Provider.

Kylee works with children of all ages experiencing challenges related to sensory processing, motor coordination, emotional regulation, and developmental milestones, with a particular focus on sensory processing and DIRFloortime. Her care style is rooted in authentic connection — she believes the relationship with a child has to come first, and that the best sessions are the ones that feel like play. She loves to laugh, engage, and meet kids fully in the moment, and nothing makes her day like a message from a family sharing a win their child just had.

From Elk Point, SD, Kylee moved to Sioux Falls after completing her doctorate in 2024, including clinical rotations in Montana and Idaho that gave her a taste of mountain life she’s still thinking about. Outside the clinic, she’s hiking, running, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family. She also grew up competing in rodeo alongside her sisters and cousins, which might be the last thing you’d expect from a pediatric OT.
