Cash-based Benefits

Parents or guardians will complete a digital questionnaire through PtEverywhere prior to arriving. When you arrive at Move U, our pediatric therapists will greet you and give you a tour of our space. As the evaluation begins, we invite both the child and parent/guardian to participate. We’ll start by asking questions to better understand your child, their challenges, and how those challenges impact your family and home life.

Think of the evaluation as your child introducing themselves to our team. Most children find this process playful and fun—and many don’t even realize an evaluation is taking place.
Once the evaluation is complete, the therapist will provide a thorough summary of findings and recommend a plan of care tailored to your child’s skills and your family’s goals. We may also suggest treatment packages or scheduling options that best align with your child’s plan of care.

Doctor Referral for Speech Therapy:
A doctor’s referral is required for speech therapy. You may request a referral from your child’s primary care provider, or you can contact our team and we’re happy to help guide you through the process of obtaining one.

Payment Options:
We currently accept Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Dakota and Iowa. We also offer cash-pay options, with accepted payment methods including cash, check, card, HSA, or FSA. Installment options are available to help break payments up over time.

Move U is a hybrid pediatric therapy clinic, allowing us to provide high-quality, individualized therapy while offering flexible payment options to support your child’s growth and development. We currently accept Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Dakota and Iowa, making it easier for many families to access the care their child needs.

If you carry insurance through another provider, we’re still here to help. We can provide superbills that you may submit to your insurance carrier to apply toward your out-of-network benefits, if your plan allows.

Our approach allows us to focus on what matters most—your child’s progress—while offering insurance support to make the process as seamless as possible for your family.
