Bio

Lauren Bastemeyer is the friendly face that keeps things running smoothly across both Empower U and Move U. As a PRN Client Experience Specialist, she works across both clinics with one priority: making sure every person who comes through the door feels welcomed, supported, and taken care of. She’s currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of South Dakota, Sioux Falls, bringing a healthcare mindset to everything she does.

Lauren is a natural connector who genuinely believes in the mission of both brands. She’s drawn to roles where she can build real relationships and show up for people, and that comes through in every interaction.

Originally from Wagner, SD, Lauren landed in Sioux Falls for love and stayed for good reason. Outside of work, she plays volleyball, goes on long walks, and is a devoted dog mom to her puppy Banks. She also holds a cosmetology license and spent two years doing hair before pivoting toward healthcare — which means she’s equally comfortable making you feel good and making sure your appointment goes off without a hitch.
