My name is Kristin, and I am an occupational performance therapist with a lifelong passion for learning. Working with children and others with developmental, coordination, behavioral, and/or learning challenges has always been my passion. That passion has led to multiple specialties and advanced training in which I am the only certified provider in the region.
I began my career within a pediatric hospital setting, gaining inpatient and outpatient experience and working within various multidisciplinary specialty clinics. After 11 years, I transitioned into a private clinical setting where I could more readily provide occupational therapy services in a way that matched my clinical expertise. Nearly 4.5 years later, I am transitioning once again to a partnership where I will be able to utilize my expertise to impact the lives of even more individuals. I practice in an expansive sensory enriched environment, which will undoubtedly be motivating and fun for children, community-based education opportunities, and opportunities to participate in the development of adapted programming.
It truly is my pleasure to get to work with your children and make a positive impact on their lives.
Welcome to Move U! My name is Kylee and I am from Elk Point, SD, and completed my bachelors degree at South Dakota State University. This past May, I completed my doctorate of occupational therapy with a specialization in pediatrics. During OT school, I completed a number of pediatric-focused trainings, including DIRFloortime and the SD LEND program— which connected me to Move U and created the opportunity for me to be a part of this incredible team!
In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, running, cheering on the Jackrabbits, spending time family and friends, and going on road trips to the mountains.
I am overwhelmed with gratitude and joy to be part of the Move U team! From my first experiences with Move U as an OT student, I knew this was a really special place. Move U is driven to provide the highest quality care for children and families with effective, client-centered, and fun treatment sessions. It is a privilege to help children become their most confident, joyful selves!

My name is Nathan LeMaster and I am the founder and visionary for Move U. The genesis of Move U stimmed from the client response of its big sister company, Empower U. Through our time working in cash-based physical therapy, we had noticed that our model was truly client-centered as it created an unmatched relationship with your care provider you cannot find anywhere else. We are proud of the brands we offer as they are family-centered and relationship-driven, with trust and loyalty to our clients built into the center of everything we do. Hello, my name is Tyler, and I am a Performance Therapist, Owner, and Integrator at Empower U. I have been with the team since 2020 and have been in the field of Sports and Orthopedics Physical Therapy since 2013. I graduated from Southwest Baptist University with my Doctor of Physical Therapy and practiced in the Kansas City area for seven years before moving to Sioux Falls. My wife, Chaely, and I have been married since 2010 and have two children, Gabe and Ella. Outside work, I am passionate about all things sports, especially Oklahoma football. I am a board-certified Sports Certified Specialist, and my passion lies in rehabbing Weightlifting Athletes and Active Adult populations. My role with Move U is to seamlessly weave together itself and Empower U to provide the best possible care and client experience possible. Ensuring that all clients of Move U have unparalleled Therapy services and our staff is continuing to move the needle forward is my never-ending goal.

Hello! My name is Chaely Anderson. I am passionate about my family, caring for others, and living a healthy lifestyle. I can fulfill all three of those at Move U, as they are our highest priorities.
Over the past seven years, I have had multiple roles and extensive background in the Physical Therapy and Healthcare industry.
Most of my role is behind the scenes, but I enjoy the interactions I get to have with clients. My focus is to support our clients and their families through their wellness and development journey by onboarding new clients, guiding them through the unique client experience, and supporting any immediate business or client needs.
