Lexi Waddell

Bio

Lexi Waddell is the driving force behind Move U’s growth and client experience. As Owner and Head of Development, she works at both Move U and our sister practice, Empower U, to ensure that every person who walks through the door — or reaches out for the first time — feels genuinely taken care of from start to finish. Her focus is on understanding what clients need and making sure the team is positioned to deliver it, whether that means refining day-to-day operations or identifying new markets and guiding them through a successful launch.

Lexi is a USD graduate who landed in Sioux Falls after college and never looked back. She lives here now with her husband and their dog Graham, and when she’s not building something at work, she’s on a yoga mat, on a patio with friends, exploring the Black Hills with family, or somewhere with a good view and good people.

What makes Lexi tick is connection — with clients, with the community, and with the mission. She started as an Empower U client herself, which means she knows firsthand what it feels like to be on the other side of the experience she works so hard to create.
