Pediatric Occupational or Physical Therapist:
We are seeking a driven and compassionate Pediatric Physical or Occupational Therapist to provide quality care and therapy to children and adolescents. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring that therapy is delivered in a safe and comfortable environment. We are a knowledge-based company committed to learning everything we can for our clients and sharing our knowledge to better the Sioux Falls community. We’re seeking someone who is driven to learn more, works well in a team environment, is adaptable both in and out of the clinic, takes iniative, and wants to work for a forward thinking company. Qualifications include:
- A degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
- Certification in Pediatric Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy is preferred
- Has experience working with children and adolescents with physical disabilities, injuries or illnesses is preferred
- Strong communication skills, adaptable, and desires more from their profession
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eager to learn and stay current on best practices in Pediatric Physical/Occupational Therapy

Client Experience Specialist:
As a part-time client experience specialist, your primary responsibility is to greet and assist clients who come to Move U. Your job is to provide excellent customer service and ensure that clients feel welcome and comfortable. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, collecting client documentation and payments, maintaining the facility’s cleanliness, assisting the team, and providing administrative and marketing support.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong attention to detail. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications include:
- Has experience working in a team environment and supporting clients
- A strong communicator both written and verbally
- Strives to be apart of a team enviroment and add to the culture
- Experience with insurance and the healthcare industry is preferred
- Is able to solve problems in a timely manner
- Has a high-school diploma
- Is comfortable working with children with varying developmental and emotional differences

Part-Time Marketing Specialist
Move U is a cash-based pediatric therapy clinic offering Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy. We specialize in child-led, play-based, and relationship-focused care designed to help children thrive in their development. Our team is passionate about empowering families and creating a positive impact in the Sioux Falls community. We’re focused on maintaining and evolving our strong culture with a part-time on site staff member who is eager to work around a team and children.
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in digital marketing, enjoys building community connections, and is excited to represent Move U at events. You’ll focus on digital strategy, social media management, and event support while also networking with local businesses and families to grow awareness and referrals for our
services.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for networking and relationshipbuilding.
- Background or interest in wellness, pediatrics, or healthcare is a plus.
- Experience in digital marketing or community engagement preferred.
